PAF BLOODLETTING ACTIVITY

In line with the upcoming 65th Anniversary the Philippine Air Force in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross (Pasay Chapter), AFP Medical Center and the Max Foundation (TMX) will conduct a bloodletting activity on Monday April 14, 2012 at 8:00 in the morning up to 5:00 in the afternoon.
According to Public Information Office Director Lt Col Miguel Ernesto G Okol, the command will organize the participation of One thousand two hundred (1,200) potential blood donors among Military Personnel, Civilian Employees and dependents of CJVAB units.
The Air Force General Hospital will provide the over-all administration of all medical concerns in coordination with participating Non Government Organization (PRC and TMF) and Government Unit (AFP Medical Center).
Information drive on bloodletting activity will be conducted during Flag Raising Ceremonies and tae-bo/takbo activities from 01-26 April 2012. Likewise, the last reminder for the said activity will be announced during the Flag Retreat Ceremony on 27 April 2012.
